Our cyclical bodies heal and transform through:
- Small practices that produce oxytocin for "fuel"
- Cyclical expression
- Nourishing slow self-touch
- The slow digestion of shame and trapped emotions
- Rhythmic approaches to our womb and vulva
- Sensory experiences meant to nourish, not "release" trauma.
- Cyclical living
- Living and dialoguing with our womb

This course gives you everything you need to build a nervous system practice that feels personal, intuitive, and truly yours.
Every component is designed to support learning, embodiment, and ease — no overwhelm, no information overload, just steady, accessible guidance.
The What - 8 Modules total with 3-4 Video Lessons Per Week:
Each lesson offers a clear, beginner-friendly framework for understanding your female nervous system and the role of oxytocin.
You’ll learn exactly why your body reacts the way it does, and how to support it.
These lessons break down complex science into language that feels human, relatable, and empowering.
The How - Somatic Practices (Audio + Video)
Every module includes guided somatic practices delivered in both audio and video formats.
You’ll have tools you can return to anytime — whether you’re on a walk, lying in bed, sitting at your desk, or taking a moment in your car.
These practices help you:
feel safe in your body
activate oxytocin naturally
unwind tension and soften stress
reconnect to pleasure, breath, and presence
They’re short, gentle, and incredibly effective.
The Fast Track - Nervous System Toolkits
Each lesson comes with practical, beautifully designed resources to make your learning stick:
Checklists
(to help you know exactly what to do and when)
Reference Guides
(simple explanations you can return to anytime)
Integration Prompts
(to help you customize your practice to your body)
These toolkits make the course easy to follow and even easier to integrate into daily life.
Custom Tailored - Build Your Practice, Not Mine
Everything inside this program is designed to help you create a practice that reflects your unique body — your rhythms, your capacity, your story.
You will learn the principles, the science, and the somatic roadmap — and then shape it into something that works for you.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
It is the path to develop a praxis to support your life and to create room for the life of your dreams.
Accountability - bi-weekly Live Q&A Integration Calls
To support you at the midway point and after your completion of the course, you’ll have access to FOUR live streams to:
ask questions
receive personalized guidance
deepen your understanding of the material
troubleshoot challenges
connect with other women on a similar path
These calls are designed for grounding, clarity, and integration — so you never feel alone or unsure in this process.
Community - Of Women Who Co-Regulate Together
Alongside the lessons and practices, you’ll have access to a private online community where women share the journey, support one another, and co-regulate through presence, care, and shared experience.
You’ll have a place to ask questions, celebrate shifts, share challenges, and feel the kind of nervous-system safety that comes from being surrounded by women who get it.
Connection is a core ingredient of oxytocin.
This space exists so that you feel held, seen, and supported throughout the entire 60 days — and beyond.

My approach integrates:
Doctoral research on the history and philosophy of science of the female nervous system, the female orgasm and physiological disturbed childbirth,
Somatic training rooted in oxytocin-led regulation and Polyvagal-informed practice centering the female nervous system.
Xicana–Indígena epistemologies that center embodiment, relationality, and ancestral ways of knowing
Nervous system literacy taught in clear, accessible language for beginners
A pleasure-centered methodology (“Pleasure as Praxis”) that blends science with lived, embodied experience
My work is known for:
Translating complex physiological science into simple, human, relatable teachings
Making regulation feel gentle, intuitive, and culturally grounded
Centering women’s bodies as intelligent, adaptive, and deeply wise
Challenging mainstream nervous system narratives through a matrifocal, decolonial lens
Guiding women to build practices that honor their rhythms, their stories, and their bodies
My mission is simple:
To help women feel safe and at home in their own bodies — through knowledge, embodiment, and the power of oxytocin.
Your enrollment includes the full 8-week experience:
60 days of core content which include:
- 8 in-depth Modules with 3-4 video lessons each. Plus somatic practices in audio & video)
- Four live Q&A calls — each including a guided community somatic practice for integration)
Nervous system toolkits:
- Summaries of core points from each video plus in depth PDFS for your reference as you learn the material
Co-regulatory community

Daily guidance to create your own oxytocin-centered practice
Building this foundation with your female nervous system will only enrich and deepen over time, its compounding effects truly cannot be measured.
Over these 8 weeks, you’re not just receiving content —
you’re receiving guided transformation, live support, and a female-nervous-system-first framework grounded in rigorous research, Xicana matriarchal practice, and somatics for the female nervous system.
This is the foundational nervous system education women were never given —
delivered with care, clarity, and tools you’ll return to again and again.
Perfect — this course was designed exactly for beginners.
You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience. Every lesson breaks the science down into simple, relatable language, and every practice is gentle, guided, and easy to follow.
The full experience is 8 weeks:
60 days of core content (video lessons + somatic practices)
4 live Q and A calls (bi-weekly hosted in the private community)
This pacing ensures you not only learn the material, but also embody it.
This course will still be supportive to you during pre/post menopause as nervous system support will benefit you as you move through this initiation and settle into your new nervous system blueprint.
If you have had, or plan to have a hysterectomy this course will still be extremely supportive as your nervous system is still cyclical from having had a menstrual cycle throughout your life, the imprint remains as does your relationship to oxytocin.
You will be learning about birth control as it related to your entire female nervous system and how to get off of it, it you decide to.
You will also learn how to build a deep and intentional relationship to your cycle even if you have no connection to your cycle or your bleed.
All live Q&A sessions (including the live somatic practices) will be recorded and uploaded for you to watch anytime.
You can still submit questions beforehand, and they will be addressed during the call.
Approximately 1 hour a week max is needed to watch the video lessons.
You will also need to devote a separate 15–30 minutes a day 1-3 times per week depending on your needs to practice supporting your own nervous system.
The practices are intentionally short, accessible, and designed to fit into the flow of your real life.
This program centers the female nervous system and the role of oxytocin — your primary regulator.
It blends:
Polyvagal theory adapted to center the female nervous system,
Somatic practice centering the female nervous system
Xicana-Indígena ancestral knowledge that predates Polyvagal theory and nervous system science
and rigorous doctoral research
in a way that no other program does.
It’s personal, embodied, culturally grounded, and designed for your physiology.
You can move through the lessons at your own pace. All lives will be available for replay.
The 60-day structure is meant to be supportive, however you can take as long as you need to move through the material and take it at your own pace.
Yes! Oxytocin-centered regulation is deeply supportive during pregnancy and postpartum.
